Terms of service (business customers)

Who we are. Mr Rhinehart trading as Rhinehart Studio ("we"), a sole trader based in Scotland, UK. Rhinehart Studio is the seller of the services described on this website. Contact: [email protected]. These terms are for business customers only.
Services. We provide (a) AI-generated short-form video ads ("AI Ad Studio"), (b) website compliance checks and Fix Packs ("Compliance Check"), (c) a weekly website re-check subscription ("Compliance Monitor") and (d) short captioned clips edited from your videos ("Clip Studio"), each as described on the relevant page of this website at the time you order.
Your materials. You confirm that you have the rights to the logos, product images and claims you give us. You are responsible for making sure the ads you publish comply with advertising law and each platform's policies, including substantiating claims and adding any AI-content labels a platform requires.
Licence (AI Ad Studio). Once you have paid, we grant you a worldwide, non-exclusive, perpetual licence to use the delivered files for advertising and marketing. AI-generated elements may not attract copyright protection, and we don't warrant that the footage is unique.
Clip Studio: your rights in the footage. You confirm that you own the videos you send us, or have permission from the owner to have them edited and republished, and that you have any permissions needed from people who appear in them. We can refuse footage where the rights are unclear. Music in your source video may be claimed by rights holders on some platforms; we can remove or replace it on request, and you are responsible for any music you ask us to keep. You own the clips we deliver to the same extent you own the source footage.
Compliance Check and Monitor are not legal advice. Our reports are a technical and documentary review of what is publicly visible on your website on the date of the scan. They are not legal advice, and we don't guarantee that following them will prevent complaints, enforcement or fines.
No performance guarantee. We don't guarantee any sales, clicks, views, followers, ROAS, ad approval or regulatory outcome.
Refunds. Ad Pack: full refund if you ask within 7 days of first delivery. Subscriptions: cancel at any time; they end at the close of the current billing period, with no partial-month refunds except where the law requires. Compliance Check: full refund if we don't deliver your report within 3 working days of your order and website details. Clip Pack: full refund if we don't deliver within 72 hours of receiving your footage, or if you ask within 7 days of delivery and we can't fix what's wrong. Monitor and Clip Studio Monthly: cancel at any time as for other subscriptions.
Content limits. We won't create imitations of real people or celebrities, fake testimonials or reviews, unsubstantiated health or financial claims, or content for prohibited products.
Payment. Prices are in pounds sterling (GBP) and are paid via Stripe. Any guide prices in other currencies are approximate.
Liability. Our total liability is capped at the fees you paid in the previous 3 months. This doesn't limit any liability that the law says can't be limited.
Law. These terms are governed by the law of Scotland, and the Scottish courts have jurisdiction.
